Named after the Greek word for boat, Pliaria takes the traditional preppy style and gives it a laid-back – but highly desirable – feel. Handmade in Greece to a typical boat-shoe shape, the style is given a twist with distinctive leather laces rolled to form a special knot (inspired by the father of our creative director, Christina Martini), and finished with gold charms hanging from the laces. Already a must-have style, Pliaria can be worn all week, but the laid-back crosta suede fabrication feels particularly suited to leisurely weekends.

Our shoes are made from chemical-free natural tan leather and will comfortably wear in quickly, and age to perfection.
To preserve the rich, velvety texture, brush gently and regularly, ideally after wear, to maintain a refined, flawless appearance.
- Use a rubber brush to lightly remove surface dirt, then follow with a bristle brush, brushing in the direction of the grain to restore a smooth, even finish.
- Avoid exposure to moisture, heat, and direct sunlight, and store your shoes in the accompanying Ancient Greek Sandals dust bag when not in use.
